Education is a continuous and lifelong process. In general way we can say education is an art of molding a person into a mature human being in all sphere of life. Educated people does not mean the one who has got degree of qualification but he should have high moral values.

Our education system is still narrowed to its classrooms teaching and is not well prepared to offer its students a great practical learning experience. Our system emphasis on Memorization rather than thoroughly understanding the concepts. Most of the syllabus in theoretical form. Students are learning the subject just to reach to next level. No proper guidance available how to deal with daily life struggle. Everything is about numbers, more than focusing on how many points students score, why not try and understand the subject and knowledge that each one of them has to offer. Teachers are also facing many problems due to this huge theoretical syllabus form.

In my opinion we can do many things better in education today. We can develop relevant skills for future employment decent jobs and encourage entrepreneurship. The goals of our new education system should be to create entrepreneurs, innovators, artists, scientists, thinkers and writers who can establish the foundation of a knowledge based economy rather than the low quality service provide Nation that we are turning into.

The Indian education system starts taking these points into serious consideration we can attain the level of the best education system in the world. So in my opinion our education system required and overall improvement in terms of the present day needs and fast changing technology.
